Fulhealth Industries’ High Purity Magnesium Colloid is a colloid of Magnesium Chloride. It may be consumed or applied topically. If a drop is rolled between thumb and finger it has an oily feel to it, hence the term Magnesium Oil. Product Description:

Fulhealth Industries’ High Purity Magnesium Colloid is a colloid of Magnesium Chloride. It may be consumed or applied topically. If a drop is rolled between thumb and finger it has an oily feel to it, hence the term Magnesium Oil. Magnesium is considered the great harmonising or calming mineral and more so than the other major minerals of the body i.e. calcium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium, it is more likely to be the most deficient for varied reasons, including stress and consuming unbalanced or deficient diets.

Ingredients*:

Magnesium Chloride in colloidal form delivering 29,000mg/ml together with Boron 11mg/ml, Calcium 700mg/ml, Iron .21mg/ml, Lithium 1.9mg/ml, Potassium 460mg/ml, Sodium 1090mg/ml, Sulphur 110mg/ml. * Different batches may vary very slightly.

Usage Instructions:

The Magnesium RDA for an adult male is 400-450mg/day and an adult female is 300-350mg/day. As 10mls delivers 290mg it is suggested 10-15mls should suffice and we believe best consumed half in the morning and half in the afternoon and with juice or other beverage for taste. Remembering that magnesium can have a laxative effect and though much desired by some it is a worry for others. Upping the intake, lowering it, dividing it, or rubbing it into muscles are all considerations dictated by circumstance.

Why is that Magnesium is deemed to be so important for us?

If magnesium was not the most obvious and efficient calcium blocker nature has to offer us…

If alcohol and caffeine containing beverages like coffee and cola soft drinks weren’t such efficient magnesium depleters (not to mention potassium and water and vitamin-C and the B-vitamins), and we didn’t consume these beverages so often and in excess…

If it wasn’t that all diuretics (medication or other), cause magnesium in addition to potassium to be excreted via kidneys…

If excess sodium consumption didn’t help cause magnesium to be excreted and so increased need…

If extra calcium or excessive calcium supplementation didn’t antagonise magnesium and so create a greater need for its addition or supplementation because calcium and magnesium must always be kept in balance within us…

If magnesium was not needed to keep calcium in solution and keep it in areas of the body it belongs like bone and not embedded in arteries as in arteriosclerosis (calcification or hardening of the arteries), or in kidneys as with kidney stones or as an irritant for joints tendons and muscles…

If magnesium was not one of the “big five” of minerals needed by our bodies in macro amounts with the others being calcium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium while all the others being necessary in trace amounts (iron included), but not including most of the heavy metals of course…

If our bodies and minds didn’t need the over 300 enzymes identified as being reliant upon magnesium to exist or work…

If all forms of stress from anxiety to x-rays and including dehydration and sleeplessness didn’t exhaust, excrete and/or deplete us of magnesium and that stress is cumulative – it keeps adding up until…

If magnesium along with the amino acid l-tryptophan and vitamin B-6 were not the raw materials that together make the feel-good neurotransmitter serotonin and that most if not all angry, depressed, suicidal, and people who repeatedly offend or transgress the law suffer low levels of and that serotonin itself is the precursor to melatonin which apart from anti-oxidant and anti-aging effects enables one to regulate the “body clock” and assists us to sleep well…

If constant stress didn’t result in the production of adrenalin (fight or flight hormone), and other hormones and cause magnesium and other nutrients (vitamin B-1 and B-6 especially), to be excreted or even become exhausted if our diet doesn’t supply enough to replace that which was or is lost…

If we only ate a broad spectrum of dark-green leafy vegetables (excluding oxalic acid-rich spinach of course), molasses, whole grains, nuts, and fresh seafood and didn’t live on processed, refined and otherwise denatured “food”…

If it wasn’t that magnesium-ATP stores 600 units of energy and when combined with water will generate 10 times that in hydroelectric energy which will provide the fuel that each of the 1,500 mitochondria in each and every cell of ours requires to power us and every process in the body…

If each of us wasn’t comprised of around 50 trillion cells!…

If magnesium wasn’t needed with water to “pump” or push potassium into our cells to allow potassium to hold that water within the cells and hydrate and oxygenate them and so prevent fermentation instead of oxidation of sugars and in following prevent those cells becoming acidic and leading to hypoxia and acid-state diseases of which cancers are one and arthritis is another…

If we didn’t exercise and work up a sweat and athletes didn’t go at these activities harder than most…

If the worst cases of asthma weren’t the most dehydrated and most deficient in magnesium…

If it wasn’t that a magnesium deficiency and dehydration were behind many cases of stress-induced Type-II or Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes (NIDD), because magnesium is needed to potentiate blood-sugar control…

If magnesium wasn’t needed to normalise the function of the parathyroid gland and so ultimately affect the thyroid gland as these two endocrine glands act in a kind of antagonistic harmony – stimulate one and depress the other…

If it wasn’t that cardiology journals show and other studies attest that the difference between walking out of a hospital after a heart attack and being wheeled out is basically the magnesium status of the patient or the administration of magnesium via injection upon arrival of the patient at the hospital…

If we didn’t suffer from one or more of the following: excessive sweating, foul body odour, muscle cramps, constipation, an urgent need to urinate frequently, epilepsy or seizures, PMS, pre-eclampsia, hypertension, angina, arrythmia, athero/arteriosclerosis, diabetes and asthma and many more conditions and afflictions associated with an absolute or relative magnesium deficiency…

And maybe you don’t believe Dr Norman Shealy M.D. Ph.D. Neurosurgeon, Inventor of the “TENS” machine, Lecturer, Author and considered one of the world’s experts on pain management and natural health when he states:

“I found that a magnesium deficiency and subsequent to that, low levels of DHEA are the major physiological principles of stress-induced illness. And as I said all illness is stress-induced. So, these two substances, magnesium and the hormone DHEA are integral in safeguarding our health.”

“Nearly everyone is deficient in magnesium, and it is a critical mineral. Magnesium is involved in more than 300 essential enzymes in the body. It regulates the electrical charge of our cells and if the charge is not normal our cells are hyper-excitable. A hyperexcitable cell causes agitation, frustration, depression – stress. It also weakens our immune systems. Magnesium deficiency is seen in all major diseases, and higher levels of magnesium often have a major impact on recovery. For example, if you are given a shot of magnesium after having a heart attack, it improves our chances of recovery by 50 percent…”

Then of course there is no need for you or me to even consider magnesium as being anything more than just a word and not worthy of consideration as being needed as a supplement or necessary to support us to be all we hope to be and can be…
